<br />Roll Call. Present, Trustees; President Geo. A. Merrill, Carl Beeger, Robt.Brown,
<br />C. J. Hynding, E. H. Sampson. Town Clerk G. C. Plump.
<br />Minutes of meetings held on May 16 and 25,1910,read.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved'same be approved as read. Motion car -
<br />tied.
<br />Communication from Mrs Hatfield offering property Known as Ford property on Winslow
<br />etreet,for Town Hall site,for $3500.00.
<br />Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that communication be received and
<br />filed for future consideration. Motion carried.
<br />Communication from S.P.R.R.Co.,requesting that electric light on Stambau(Z and Chestnut
<br />Streets be raised 7t feet to allow cars to pass under,was referred to Committee on Public
<br />Utilities.
<br />Application from United Gas and Electric Co. ,for permission to open County Road near
<br />Jackson street,for a distance of 75 feet,to lay gas pipes.
<br />Trustee HYnding9seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that permission be granted under per-
<br />i` mit of former date, lotion carried.
<br />Affidavit of J. V. Swift showing publishing of Notice to Contractors,in the matter of
<br />cement sidewalks on Mound street ,was on motion of Trustee Hynidng9seconded by Trustee
<br />Brown,received and filed.
<br />The following bid was received for laying 2440 feet,more or less,of concrete sidewalk
<br />on parks on Mound street.
<br />Geo. Casey bid 10} 0 per square foot, -Town to furnish water.

<br />square foot be accepted and contract be entered into.

<br />creating the office of Mechanical and Electrical Engineer,in the Town of Redwood CitY,in-
<br />troduced May 25,19101be passed and adopted. Motion carried by the following vote:

<br />Discussion of sites offered for Town Hall was laid over for further consideration.
