<br />Roil Call. Present Trustees President Geo.A.Merrill, Carl Beeger, 1Rob1t Brown, C.J.
<br />Hynding, E.H.Sampson, Town'Clerk G.C.Plump.
<br />Minutes of meetings held on July 5th and 8th 1910,were,on motion of Trustee Hynding,
<br />seconded by Trustee Brown,approved with the following exceptions;
<br />Claim of McGarveY,Hess and Kreiss No. 1079amounting to *2134.3218treet Imp.Dist.No. 13v
<br />should state the amount and nature of the work done as follows;

<br />law,and no objections having been offered, Trustee Hyriding,seconded by Trustee Brown moved
<br />that the claim of McGarvey, Hess'and Kreiss,No. 107, amount 02134.32,be allowed and the
<br />work accepted, arid _that a warrant for payment of same be drawn against Street Imp.Dist.'No.
<br />13 Fund. Motion carried by the following Vote:
<br />Ayes Trustees ,,Brown, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill.
<br />Noes Trustees None.
<br />Absent Trustee Beeger.
<br />This being the time and place for hearing objections,due notice having been given as
<br />required by law,and no objections having been offered,Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee
<br />Brown, moved that the claim of T.C.Rice, No. 108, amount,$7017.009be allowed and the work
<br />be accepted,and that a warrant for payment of same be drawn against street Imp.Dist. No. 13,
<br />Fund. Motion carried by the following vote:
