<br />The Moxey Realty Company, presented. the following resolutions for acceptance of streets

<br />WHEREAS, the Moxey Realty Company has this day presented to the Board of Trustees of th
<br />Town of Redwood City,a certain map entitled,"Map of Resubdivision of Lot 46 of the Reese
<br />subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm" and said map being prepared in all respects as
<br />required by law, now
<br />ld.
<br />Therefore be it Resolved,that the following named streets,upon said map delineated and
<br />and set forth,to-wit: Sequoia street and Sierra street,be and the same are hereby accepted
<br />on behalf of the public by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,as dedicated
<br />to public use; and 'the Clerk of the Board is directed to endorse upon said map, said- aceept-
<br />ance;

<br />And be it further Resolved, that this resolution be adopted and said map accepted upon
<br />and subject to the express condition that the Town of Redwood City does not hereby become
<br />responsible or liable for any cost,charge or expense either for grading,macadamizing or for

<br />f any other road purpose,as to said streets,this condition as to the incurring of cost,charge
<br />or expense,being left to the discretion of future Boards of Trustees; no one of said Boards
<br />Of Trustees or any member thereof or said Town of Redwood ¢ity,shan ever be liable to dam -

<br />age in any sum or amount arising throb i or by any defect 'of any kind in said streets or
<br />either thereof.
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown,moved said resolution be adopted.

<br />poles,and other matters,was on motion of Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Sampson ,re -
