street,Myrtle street and Nevada street in Assessment District No. 1? and approximately <br />309000 sq.feet of cement sidewalk on Hopkins Avenue,Lowell street,Myrtle street and Nevada <br />street in Assessment District No. 14,I hereby make application to have said work accepted., <br />T.C.Rica. <br />Trustee Hynding,s econded by Trustee Beeger,moved that the Clerk give public notice <br />that 21onday,September 19,1910,at 8 P.M. be set as the time for hearing objections to the <br />acceptance of all of said work. Motion carried. <br />The matter of placing several car loads of rock on Chestnut street,for sub-grade,rock <br />to be from Logan quarries,and same to be delivered to the Town with freight charges only, <br />was referred to Trustee Hynding,with power to act. <br />Claim No. 194 of McGarvey ,Hess & Kriess for macadamizing Clinton Street from Broad- <br />way to Brewster Avenue, Duane street from Broadway to Brewster Avenue,Elwood street from <br />whilhple Avenue to Brewster Avenue,in District No. 13,Dingee Park, 8?,368 sq feet 5to <br />per sq. ft ................. $4736.16,was approved by the Finance Committee. =' <br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that in consideration of there being <br />no objections offered by the public to said work,same be accepted and claim allowed and <br />warrant drawn on Street Improvement Fund No. 13 for payment of same. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes <br />Trustees, <br />Beeger,BrowngHynding,Sampson,Merrill. <br />Noes <br />Trustees, <br />None.
