<br />Oamino,Real and.Broadway. Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that request be

<br />Trustee Rice presented the following resolution and moved its adoption,
<br />4 Wheread, the board of trustees of the town of Redwood Oity,state of California,did,on
<br />the 7th day of September .1909,pass and adopt a.resolution in accordance with the provisions
<br />A of section 5 of "The Local Improvement Act of 1901," in the matter of the proposed improve -
<br />Ment work in "Assessment District No. 13;"
<br />..
<br />Now Therefore, Resolved that the city clerk of the town of RedwOOd---0ItV be, and he is
<br />hereby directed to post,or cause to be posted,and cause to be published the proper and
<br />necessary notices in the manner,form,and for the time required by section 6 of said "The
<br />Local Improvement Act of 1901,N and in accordancea with law;R and be it further
<br />Resolved, that the Redwood City Democrat a weekly newspaper of general circulation
<br />published in the town of Redwood CitY,being the municipal corporation in Which said 1m
<br />provements are to be made,be,and the same is,hereby designated as the newspaper in Which
