<br />Whereas, the party of the. seconded part has added to and enlarged its water:plant., and
<br />Increased its facilities for supplying water to the party of the first part to meet the
<br />requirements.of such and to adequatelY supply water to the said party of the first part as
<br />hereinafter set forth,
<br />NOT THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of one dollar by each of the parties hereto
<br />to the other in hand paid,the receipt whereof is here+cknowledged,and for other good and
<br />valuable consideration them thereunto moving, the parties hereto do hereby agree as fol-
<br />lows, to -wit;
<br />FIRST: That the agreement between said party of the first part herein and said seeon
<br />party, beading date June 5th, 1905,be and the same is hereby abrogated, cancelled and an-
<br />nulled as of the date and from March sixth 1911 and from said date shall cease tb have any

<br />SECOND; The party of the second ,part .will from and after said March sixth 19119pump
<br />and deliver daily,during the term of this contract,from its system of water works,and into
<br />the water mains and reservior now owned by the said party of the first Part,or into such
