<br />Whereas there has been filed with the Board, of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City a
<br />certain deed from Jennie Robertson and A. M. Robertson (her husband) to the Town of Redwood
<br />City conveying certain land -a portion of which is to be used in the extension of Phelps
<br />street, and
<br />'Whereas said deed and the land conveyed therein has been duly accepted by the Board of
<br />Trustees of said Town$ and
<br />lfihereas all of the aforesaid mentioned deeds have been heretofore recorded in; the of -
<br />Tice of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board. of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that
<br />the hereinafter mentioned and described property, situated and being in the Town of Redwood
<br />City,County of San Mateo,State of California,and being the property mentioned in the fore-
<br />going deeds, to -wit: -
<br />Commencing at a point on the westerly line of Main street, said point being on the di-
<br />viding line between lots 45 and 46 as said lots are shown upon a certain map entitled,
<br />"Town of Mezesville,situated upon the Redwood Rabarcadero Creek, Rancho de las Pulgas,
<br />San Francisco County, Cal. with adjacent villa lots", which said map was filed for record
<br />in the office of the County Recorder on San Mateo County on the 1st day of August, 18560
<br />and is recorded 1n hook 1 of maps at page 79; running thence S. s6° 30' W. 239.9 feet;
<br />thence N. 520 54' W, 391.16 feet to the easterly line of Jefferson Avenue; thence along
<br />the easterly line of Jefferson.Avenue N. 410 36, E. 70.26 feet; thence leaving said easter-
<br />ly line of Jefferson Avenue and running thence S. 520 54, E. 359,24 feet; thence running
<br />N. s6o 30' E. 214 feet to the westerly line of Main street; thence along the westerly line
<br />of Main street S. 30 30' E, 70 feet to the point of beginning,

<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 10th day of Apri1,1911, by the fol.l.owing vote:
