<br />Whereas, said Board of Trustees of the
<br />said hearing,and four.' objections having been made and filed with the Olerk of the munici-
<br />palitY.or Town as required by law,objeeting to including Main streetfrom
<br />mof e northerly of
<br />line of the asphaltum pavement on said Main street to the southerly line
<br />Holder street,in said proceedings and improvements, and
<br />Whereas, said Board of Trustees regularly continued said nearing to this 174h day of
<br />April,1911,at the hour of & o'clock p.m.;,and
<br />Whereas, said matter and objections having been heretofore and here and now fully heart
<br />and duly considered by said Board of Trustees; and
<br />Whereas I it duly appearing to the satisfaction of the Board of Trustees that said reso-
<br />lution passed on said 6th day of March ,1911;should be modified and. it appearing that said
<br />engineer's report heretofore filed in this matter should be modified,and it appearing that
<br />said modification will in no manner affect the assessments or efficiency of the improve-
<br />ments provided for in said engineer's report;
<br />Now Therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that
<br />the resolution hereinbefore mentioned, passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees onthe
<br />6th day of March,1911,being the same resolution provided for in Section 5 of "The Local
<br />4 improvement Act of 19011t, be, and the same is herebY,modified by changing the words "that
<br />the said report of the said James V. Neuman,the said engineer,be, and the same is'hereby,
<br />adopted as presented and filed by said engineer", in lines 10 and 11 on page 2,of said reso-
<br />lution,to raad,"that the said report of the said James V. Neunan,the said engineer,as Pre-
<br />sented and filed be,and the same is hereby,adopted subject to the following modification,
<br />namelY,that the said engineer's report and the exhibits attached thereto,in so far as said
<br />report and said exhibits pe2tain to Main street from the northerly line of the asphaltum
<br />pavement on said Main street to the southerly line of the roadway of Holder street,be can-
<br />celled and made of no force and effect,as it is the purpose to exclude the above described
<br />portion of Main street from the improvements in .said engineer's report provided for;
<br />And be it further resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood CitY,that
<br />the resolution hereinafter nentioned,passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees on the
<br />6th day of March, 1911, being the same resolution provided for in Section 5 of "The Local
<br />Improvement Act of 190101, be, and the same is hereby, modified by excluding from said res-
<br />olution all rgatters and assessments pertaining to Main street from the northerlY*line of
<br />the asphaltum pavement on said Uain street to the southerly line of the roadway Of xplder
<br />street as it is the purpose to exclude said portion of Main street from the street im-
<br />provements and assessments provided for in the report of said engineer on file herein;
