<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee -Brown, moved that the 'owners of Dingee Park be
<br />granted permission to construct a sewer from -Brewster Avenue on Elwood Street towards
<br />Catherine Street. motion aarried.
<br />Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Beeger, moved the adoption of the following reso-
<br />lution. motion carried.
<br />WHEREAS Harry R. Fee, has this day presented to the Board of Trustees of the Town of
<br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, state of California, a certain map entitled, "Map of
<br />"The oaks°, a subdivision of lot 11 of the wooster, Whitton and Montgomery's subdivision
<br />of a part of the Redwood Farm, Redwood City, Sqn Mateo County, California" said map being
<br />prepared in all respects as required by law,
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the folloaing street delineated and set forth on
<br />said map, to -wit: Kendall Street, be and the dame is hereby accepted on behalf of the pub-
<br />lic by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood Oity, County of San Mateo, state of.
<br />California, as dedicated to Public use, and the clerk of this Board is directed to endorse
<br />upon said map said acceptance; and
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be adopted and said map be accepted upon
<br />and subject to the express condition that the town of Redwood City does not hereby become
<br />responsible or liable for any cost, charge or expense, either for grading, macadamizing or
<br />for any other purpose as to said street. This condition as to the incurring of costs to
<br />be left to the discretion of future boards of trustees; No one of said Boards of Trustees
<br />or any member thereof of said town of Redwood City, shall ever be liable to damage in any
<br />sum or amount arising by or through any defect of any kind in said street..
<br />Map of Re -subdivision of Lot 30 part of Redwood Farm was presented,and is to be taken
<br />Up and considered at next meeting.

<br />bids for 5,000 feet of ii inch gal, water pipe. Motion carried.
