Hynding. <br />Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Brown, presented the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />Whereas, pursuant to a Notice to Architects, duly published, the Board of Trustees of <br />the Town of Redwood City received a number of drawings and, designs for a new Town Hail on <br />the 1st day of May, 1911; <br />And Whereas, after fully considering said plans and drawings the Board of Trustees so- <br />cepted the design submitted by E.P.Antonovich; <br />Arid Whereas, in the construction of said Town Hall the Board of Trustees determined <br />that the floor plans submitted by Thos. M.Edwards were the best adapted for said Town Hall; <br />And Whereas, the matter of compensation between E.P.Antonovich and Thos.M.Edwards has <br />been satisfactorily arranged; <br />And Whereas, said E.P.Antonovich has submitted specifications and working drawings to <br />said Board of Trustees as provided in said Notice to Architects; <br />And Whereas, after fully and carefully considering said specifications and working <br />drawings said Board of Trustees has determined that said Town Hall can be built Withl'a the <br />sum specified in said Notice to Architects; <br />And Whereas, this is the day when said Board of Trustees must matte a final award in <br />the competition, as provided in said Notice to Architects; <br />Now Therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town 'of(Redwood City: - <br />That the conditional award for ,the Town Hall design, heretofore made on the 8th daY of <br />Na', 1911, in favor of E.P.Antonovich be; and the same is hereby made final; <br />And be it further resolved that a warrant be drawn on the TreasuriY in favor of E.P. <br />Antonovich for the sum of •$150. in payment for said design; <br />
