<br />Meeting was called to order by Town Clerk G. C. Plump.
<br />In the absence of President Geo. A. Merrill Trustee Hyndingo seconded by Trustee

<br />Trustee Beeger, seconded by Trustee Sampson, moved same be,approved. Motion carried..
<br />Application of McGarvey, Hess & Krelss was received,as follows:
<br />Redwood City, June 5th,11.
<br />To the Honorable .Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, _
<br />We hereby apply for the acceptance of all of the Sub Grade on James St Elwood St
<br />James to Brewster Ave.,in District No. 13.

<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Beeger, moved that the Clerk give public notice
<br />that Monday, June 19,1911 is the time set for hearing objections to the acceptance of said
<br />work. Motion carried. e -
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Beeger, presented the following resolution and
<br />moved its adoption:
<br />T
<br />WHEREAS, The Moxey Realty Company has this day presented to the Board Of Trustees of
<br />the Town of Redwood City, a certain map entitled "Map of Resubdivision of Lot 30,of the
<br />Reese Subdivision of Part of Redwood Farm",and said map being prepared in all respects as
<br />required by law, now
<br />Therefore Be It Resolved, that the following named street upon said map delineated
<br />and set forth, to -wit: Johnson Street be and the same is hereby accepted on behalf of the
<br />Public by the Board -of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, as dedicated to public use; and
<br />the Clerk of the Board is directed to endorse upon said map, said acceptance$
<br />.AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution be adopted and said map accepted upon
<br />and subject to the express condition that the Town of Redwood City does not hereby become
<br />responsible or liable for - any cost, charge or expense either for grading, macadamizing or
<br />for any other road purpose, as to said Johnson Street, this condition as to the incurring
<br />Of cost, charge or expense, being left to the discretion of future Boards of Trustees; no
<br />one of said Boards of Trustees or any member thereof, or said Town of Redwood City, shall
<br />eater be liable to damages in any sum or amount arising by or through any defect of any Kind
<br />in said street. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded byTTrustee Beeger, moved that the Claim of T. C. Rice. Noe
<br />572 amounting to 0490_16 for culverts on Elwood Street, be allowed and warrant drawn on
<br />Street Improvement District 13 Fund. Motion carried.
