<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved said reports be received and
<br />filed. Motion carried.
<br />Report of superintendent of streets referred to Committed on Public Works.
<br />A. Kincaid pr6sented a petition from property owners in Dingee Park i•etlative to pro-
<br />cedure in the matter of,affairs concerning district funds,etc., Trustee Brown, seconded
<br />by Trustee Hynding, moved petition be referred back to petitioners• for them to inform
<br />themselves more fully concerning the nature of*the law. Motion carried.
<br />Affidavits of D. E. O'Keefe,in the matter of publishing notices to contractors for
<br />street sweeping and sprinkling.
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved same be received and filed. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />The following are the bids for street sprinkling:
<br />Geo. Alvis ........ $8.50 per day.
<br />J.D.Smith........ *8.35 a $1.00 per night for 3 loads for street sweeping.
<br />M. Oonda...........$9.00 n n
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Sampson, moved the contract be awarded to Geo.
<br />Alvis for $8.50 per day. Motion carried by the following vote:
