<br />Roll Call. Present Trustees, President Geo. A. Merrill, Carl Beeger, Robrt Brown,
<br />0. J. Hynding, E. H. Sampson. Town Clerk, G. C. Plump.
<br />The bids received for constructing cement retaining wail,bridges etc. on County Road,
<br />,at the meeting of August 7,19111were considered. Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee
<br />Brown, moved that contract be awarded to A.Hess for the sum of $10790.009Alternative bid
<br />"Arr. Motion carried by the following vote:
<br />Ayes Trustees, Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill.
<br />Noes Trustees, None.
<br />Absent Trustees, None.

<br />The Chairman of Committee on Public works reported that in changing the angle of Center
<br />I
<br />Street bridge the new canal would encroach on the property of owners fronting on canal. ;

<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved that the Committee on Public Works
<br />be authorized to construct a wooden bulkhead along the frontage of property affected,on.
<br />the signing of an agreement between the Town. of Redwood City and the property owners re-
<br />linquishing a1] claims against the Town Of Redwood City for future damages and the title
<br />a� to land in question. Motion carried.

<br />Trustee Hording, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved that the Assessment Roll of the Town
