Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Beeger,moyed that the <br />action of committee on Public Works be approved. Motion carried. • <br />Trustee Hynding,of Committee on Public Works,reported that the foundation for center <br />Street Bridge was not as expected,after excavating,and that the Committee had arranged <br />with Mr Chas.P;Nott ,contractor ,for the placing of 12 inch reinforced concrete slab the <br />entire area of the bridge,for the amount of $592.00. <br />Trustee Brown, seconded by Trustee Sampson, moved that the action of Committee on <br />Public -Works relative to extra concrete slab be approved. Motion carried by the followibg <br />vote: <br />Ayes Trustees, Beeger, Brown, Hynding, Sampson, Merrill. <br />Noes Trustees, None. <br />Absent Trustees, None. <br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved that the surplus money in Street <br />Improvement District No. 14 Fund be refunded pro rata to owners assessed for same. <br />Motion carried.
