<br />G. C. Plump, being first duly sworn-, deposes and says: that
<br />he is a male citizen of the United States Over the age of 21 years and the duly elected
<br />and acting Town Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, California; that as such Town Clerk he
<br />duly served upon Robert Brown, Carl Beeger, C. J. Hynding, E. H. Sampson, Trustees of the
<br />said Town of Redwood City notices of a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
<br />Town of Redwood City,the annexed being a true copy of the notices served, on the 26th day
<br />of August, 191L, more than four hours before 7.30 p.m. the time set for said meeting; said
<br />notices were served at the request of the President of said Board of Trustees,
<br />Subscribed and Sworn to before G. C. Plump

<br />7.30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of selecting an engineer to do the surveying and engin-
<br />eering for the said Town of RedwOod City and to take up any matters pertaining tto the
<br />engineering work now being done in said Town.

<br />veying and engineering work o f and for said Town; and
<br />Be it further resolved that James V. Neuman, be and he is hereby instructed to turn
<br />over to said Albert W. Pioda all data, notes, surveys, plans and any other papers that ne
<br />now has in,his possession that belong to the Town Of Redwood City,
