<br />Roll Call. Present Trustees President Geo. A. Merrill, Roblt Brown, C. J. Hynding,
<br />E. H. Sampson; Town Clerk, G. C. plump.
<br />Absent Trustee, Carl Heeger,
<br />Minutes of meetings held August 7-5-21 and special meeting held August 26, 1911,
<br />read. TrusteeHynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved same b8 approved. Motion carried,
<br />Chas. P. Nott and Mr MaeKenzie,Superintondent of Center Stre6t Bridge, reported on the
<br />er foundation for bridge. Trustee Brown, seconded
<br />matter of difficulties in finding prop
<br />by Trustee Sampson, moved that the same be referred to Mr Pioda,the Lngineer, to attend'
<br />to engineering and to, modify design if neeessary,and to Trustee Hyndin g.of ,Committee on
<br />Public works With power to act In making any necessary changes. Motion carried.
<br />•C. Cofiori presented resignation as Poundmaster and requested bonds be cancelled.
<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Brown, moved said resignation be accepted. Mo-
<br />tion carried.
<br />Communication. from C. V. Rowe relative to system of Town Accounts. Trustee Hynding,
<br />seconded by Trustee Brown, moved same be filed. Motion carried.
<br />Communication from League of. California Municipalities. Trustee Hynding, seconded by
<br />Trustee Brown, moved same;be filed. Motion carried.
