<br />The regular meeting of the Town Board Of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Prea.Merrill ,Trustees Carl Beeger,
<br />O.J.Hynding,E..TI. Sampson ana olerk, G. C.Plump. Absent, Trustee Brown.
<br />The minutes of the meeting held NOV'. 20th. , 1911 r were read ,and
<br />upon motion, of Trusltee Hyndiiig, seconded by Trustee Sampson, and carried , the same
<br />were approved as read.
<br />A communication was read from C.C.Shearwood,a proper,y owner on
<br />the corner of Allerton and Hopkins Avenues, urging the macadamizing of streets in
<br />that localitY,stating that such improvements were the only way that the property
<br />would be, Of 'ally value... The Clerk was informed to reply to the same and express
<br />the appreciation of the Board in the public spirit shown by Mr.Shearwood.
<br />Chas.P.Not t, Contractor for Centre St. bridge ,in regard to the accept
<br />ante of the bridge, was referred to the Committee onPublic Works , on motion of
<br />Trustee Sampson seconded by Trustee Beeger and, carried.
<br />The affidavit of J.E.Harris , Foreman for the Times & Gazeltte, in
<br />the matter of publishing notice to bidders,,— "One carload of cedar poles etc.",was
<br />a
<br />?= on motion of Trustee Beeger seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, received

<br />The following bid was received for one car load of cedar poles..

<br />this bid be accepted, was carried.
<br />The consideration of the contract and specifications for part of FIamilton
<br />Street was laid, over until next meeting.
<br />Claim #236 of R.A.McI,ean, amount 1400 ,.00, was approved by Finance Com.
<br />Trustee I3ynding moved seconded by Trustee Sampson, that the claim be allowed and
<br />"""rant be drawn on Town Hall Fund for payment of same..Motion carried by the following
<br />Vote. AYes, Trustees Beeger, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill. Noes , none.
