<br />T his being the time and. place for electing officers of the F ire
<br />Department ,.for year 1912,th.e following delegates from the Fire Department were present
<br />Hose Co. #l, Frank Dwyer and A.Ligourl.
<br />Hose Co. #2, A.Stalter and P ..Kearse.
<br />Hose Co #3 J.Allain and W.Lut je.
<br />Hook and Ladder Co. , W`.Price Jr. and J.P. Crown.
<br />Chemical Engine Co., E.Allen and George Winter Jr.
<br />T he following are the Officers elected.

<br />Trustee Beeger moved , seconded by Trustee Sampson, that the action
<br />of Delegates in electing the foregoing named Officers, be approved and ratified by
<br />the Board of Trustees- . Motion Carried.
<br />A communication from the United Gas & Electric Co., relative to
<br />change pf name of Corporation, to be known as the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. , was read
<br />Upon motion of Trustee Beeger, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried the
<br />communication was received and filed.

<br />The City Tax -Collector presenteAwo Certificates of erroneous assess -
<br />meet, namely- Certificate No. 250 on tax roll of 1911, assessed to Margaret Kerr.
<br />Certificate No. 271E " 111 W It assessed to Robert Lasswell,
<br />On motion of Trustee Sampson ,seconded 9 by Trustee Beeger, and carried, the
<br />certificate of Margaret Kerr, was ordered modified and of Robert Lasswell , cancelled.
<br />The following communication was here introduced.
<br />To the Honorable Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />Gentlemen,
<br />Wet the undersigned, owners of
<br />Property on Hamilton St. ,between East Bradford and East Fuller streets, respectfully
<br />Petition Your Honorable Board for permmssion to macadamize the said Hamilton street,,
<br />between the aforesaid Streets, by private contract and at the present time.
<br />And we respectfully show in this behalf, that a contract has been entered into by all
<br />Of the undersigned property owners with A.Hess, for the'macadamiZing of said Street
<br />according to plans and specifications prepared by the City= Engineer.
