<br />At roll call there were present, Trustees, Pres. Geo.A.Merrill, Carl Bseger, C,a.HYndirg
<br />F'.H..Sampson, and Clerk G.C.Plump Absent, Robert Brown.
<br />On motion. Of Trustee Hynding seconded by Trustee Sampson, the reading
<br />of the minutes of the previous meeting.tere postponed, ikotion carried.
<br />A communication. from Hull B20,thers relative to furnishing tho
<br />hardware for the New Town Hall, was ,.on ]notion. of Trustee Hynding, seconded by
<br />Trustee Beegex, and carried, received and filed,,
<br />T he monthly reports of, C1erk,Marshall,,Treasurer, Supt. of streets,
<br />Mechi l and Elect r t l Engineer, and the yearly, report of J.D. Winter, Chlef of th
<br />Fire Department, were on motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee HYnding,
<br />and carried, received and filed. ,
<br />A communication from Mrs.John Kearse relative to Street lights on
<br />Railroad Avenue was referred to Mr.Werder,.With instructions to,imstall incandescent
<br />lig►its on Raf�road Avenue from B eech �P.y Miestnut streets,,an motion of Trustee Beege r
<br />seconded by Trustee, Hynding , and carried. Y
<br />The Pacific Tel. &Tel., Co, ,requested permission to attach wires
<br />with the necessary cross arms on four. poles belonging to the Town Of Redwood City
<br />on Edgewood Road, Wellesley Park. On motion of Trustee Sampson seconded by Trustee
<br />Beeger,the—reQue$t-9€—— and carried,the request_ of the Telephone Co. ,was gIIailt'ed.
<br />Trustee Sampson introduced a motion, seconded by Trustee Beeger,

<br />that hearing ,in the matter of Street Railroad Franchise be put over to Tuesday,
<br />Jan. 2nd., 19,12 at 7%30 P.M. Motion carried.
<br />The Clerk reported the receipt, of additional drawings of lighting
<br />.fixtures from Ickelheimer Bros. , for the Town, Hall..
<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding ,seconded by, Trustee bampson,and^carried,the selection
<br />Of lighting f;ixtilres and hardware for the New, Town_ Hall was referred to the committee
<br />PrerlouslY appointed.
<br />Trustee Hynding then presented the following resolution 'arid
<br />moved its adoption.
<br />Resolved , by the Board of Trustees of the Town -of Redwood }CitY,
<br />that the bridge,constructed across Redwood Creek on Center Street ,by Chas.P.Nopkt,
<br />be;and the same is hereby accepted.
<br />Trustee Sampson seconded the motion. Ayes,.and in favor Of
<br />the passage of said resolution., Trustees, Beeper, HYnding, Sampson and Merrill_
<br />Noes, and against the passage of said resolution, None,
<br />Absent, Trustee Brown.
