<br />N Ow THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following avenues,

<br />and the sar.3 are hereby accepted on behalf or the public, by the Board of Trustees of

<br />Tovm of Redwood City, shall ever be liable to damage in any sum or amount arising by
<br />or through any defect of any kind in said avenues or streets.

<br />outlining method of tree planting and financing the same , was, upon motion of Trustee
<br />IlYnding, seconded by Trustee Sampson, and carried, received and filed.
<br />Trustee Hynding introduced a motion which was seconded by
<br />Trustee Brown , that C,H.Offerman be appointed Janitor of the New Town Ball, the
<br />I
<br />compensation to be decided later, when other duties might be included. Motion carried.
<br />Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee. Brown,
<br />the hearing in the matter of Street Railroad Franchise was put over until Feb. 19th.,
