<br />1912, were read , and upon motion of Trustee Bynding seconded by Trustee Beeger,and
<br />carried,the same were approved as read.
<br />The monthly reports of the Clerk,Yarshall, Treasurer,Supt.of
<br />streets, 3iechanical Engineer,were submitted, and upon .notion of Trustee HYnding,secondei
<br />by Trustee Brown,and carried, the same were received and filed.
<br />A representative of the standard Cil Co. here addressed the
<br />Board relative to oil macadam roads.
<br />Pres. Merrill reported on •Ze one foot strip of land held in
<br />reserve by Baldwin & Howell, who stats that it is customary so that others do not Ret
<br />the benefit of their advertising. The Pres. also reported on the dedication of the
<br />New City Hall.
