The City Attorney was instructed to look up th,: matter of Building Ordinances,
<br />and the Electrical Engineer to estimate the cost of various street lights to be
<br />installed.
<br />Dr.J.L.Ross, Health Officer, reported at length in the matter of the mosquito
<br />pest., and recommended the best time to destroy same would be in February and March.
<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried
<br />the meeting adjourned,

<br />The regular meeting of theBoard of Town. Trustees was held.
<br />AT roll call there were present, Trustees, Pres.Geo.A.MerrJll, Geo.A.Deleau,
<br />J.J.Hshir, C.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk G.C.Plump.
<br />The minutes of the meeting held May 13th.91912, were read. Upon motion of Trus-;ee
<br />Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried, the same were approved as read.
<br />The monthly reports of Town Clerk, Treasurer, Mal*shall, Supt. of Streets, ,
<br />Mechanical Engineer and Poundmaster, were pie sented, and upon motion of Trustee Hynding
<br />seconded by Trustee Hahir, and'earried, were received and filed.
<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried,
<br />the Town Treasurer was authorized to transfer from water fund, $467.50 to General fund
<br />that being the amount previously drawn from General fluid for the payment of Water
<br />Extension Bonds.
<br />The affidavit of J.V.Swift, Publisher, in the matter of publishing ordinance
<br />No. 117, Was,., upon motionof Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried,
<br />received and filed.
<br />The application of J.C.Bkrg for removal of Class A liquor license from # 1
<br />Broadway to Nos. 143, 145 and 147 Main Street, now occupied by A.Cook, was granted
<br />upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried.
<br />The application of John A.BVItton for an Are Street light was .upon motion of
<br />Trustee Hynding seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried, received and filed and the -Clark
<br />Instructed to notify Mr.Britton that the mattes would be adjusted as soon as the street
<br />110its in question would be made over to incandescent
<br />A picture of the Saratoga Road was presented with an offer from the Rock
<br />Company to convey the members of the Board of Trustees over the road for an inspection
<br />of the same, was, upon motion of Trustee Sampson seconded by Trustee Hahir, received
<br />and filed.
