<br />WHEREAS:
<br />It appears to said Board of Trustees, that the Clerk of said Town has da,
<br />duly given and caused to -be published, the said notice of the sale of bonds in all
<br />respects as required by the resolution of said Board, and that said notice is duly
<br />published in said "Redwood City Democrat" on the 16th, 23rd., and 30th. days of May,
<br />1912, and,
<br />WHEREAS:
<br />It further appears to said Board of Trustees that the Clvrk of said
<br />Town has duly notified the State Board of Control and the State Treasurer of the State
<br />of California at the Capital at Sacramento, of the issuance and sale of said bonds in
<br />the manner required by the provisions of Section 678 of the Political Code of the State of
<br />California, and,
<br />WHEREAS:
<br />This is the time and place which in said resolution a notice is :-Sg
<br />fixed for the sale of said bonds and said Board having received a bid from
<br />G.G.Blymyer & CO. offering to take all of said bonds , and to pay therefor the sum of
<br />par and accrued interest to date of deliverY, and the premium of 07.50, and Which bid of
<br />G.G.Blymyer & CO., appearing to said Board, will be the highest and best bid for said bond
<br />WHICH THEREFORE:.
<br />Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of. the Town of
<br />Redwood, City, that the bid of G.G.Blymyer & CO., for the whole issue Of said Municipal
<br />Improvement Bonds of•1912 of said Town, be, and the same is hereby accepted, 4nd that the
<br />said Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1912, of said Town, numbering from ond,( 1 ) to
<br />seventy-four ( 74 ), both numbers inclusive, aggregating thirty thousand (030,000)
<br />dollars, be, and they are hereby sold to G.G.Blymyer & CO., for the sum of par and
<br />accrued interest to date of delivery, and a premium of 47.50, and
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
<br />that the Treasurer of said Town , upon the payment
<br />of said sum of par and accrued interest to date of delivery, and a premium of 07.50,
<br />Issued to the Town greasurer of said Town by said G.G.Blymyer & CO., be, and he is hereby
<br />directed to deliver the said Municipal Improvement Bonds of 19129 to said
<br />G.G.Blymyer & CO.
<br />Trustee Sampson seconded the motion to,adopt the foregoing resolution. •
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, at a regular r,,l w
<br />meeting of said Board, held on the 3rd. day of June, 1912, UY the following vote.
