<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees wa:, held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, Pres.Geo.A.Merrill, Geo,A,Deleau,
<br />J.J.Hahir, C.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk, 'G.C.Plump,
<br />The minutes of the meetings held on May 24th., and June 3rd, were read and on
<br />motion of Trustee Hynding, se,,onded by Trustee Hahir, and. carried, the same we.•e
<br />approved as read.
<br />The monthly reports of the `Pawn Clerk, Marshall, Trf.asurer, Supt. of Streets,
<br />Mechanical Engineer and Poundmaster were presented, and upon motion of Trustee
<br />Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried, were received and filed.
<br />A communication from Osborne and Kidd, relative to the proper method of
<br />preparing; statement of expenditures etc ,'was referred to the Finance Committee.
<br />Mr. Landscheit was granted a rebate of $2.10 to apply to next month's water
<br />bill for the Wooll Building, with the understanding that no more rebates w 1 be
<br />allowed, and that meter readings must stand, Motion made by Trustee Hynding, seconded
<br />by Trustee Deleau and carried.
<br />A motion introduced by Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and
<br />carried, gralztbd permission to Mr.Dxnard and Mr.Lent, permission to connect with the Towns
<br />water mains on Jefferson Avenue, they to furnish ;eters, water mains, etc, at their
<br />�I.
<br />own expense, and the rate tv be established hereafter.'
<br />The following bids for sweeping and sprinkling the streets were received.

<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau-ani-srried�

<br />the contract for street cleaning and street sprinkling was awarded to Geo.A1v s,
<br />at $50.00 par month for sweeping and cleaning; the streets and, $8.40 per day for
<br />sprinkling the streets. Motion carried by the fallowing vote,
<br />Ayes, Trustees, Deleau, Hahir, Hynding, Sampson and Marrill.

<br />Absent, Trustees, None.
<br />III Trustee Hahir introduced a motion which was seconded. by Trustee Deleau,
<br />that one Dalton Adding Machine be purchased for 0300, at monthly payments of 1125.
<br />with the understanding that if, at any time, the balance due is paid a discount of
<br />015. be allowed, and the President was authorized to enter into a contract for the
<br />same. Motion car_•ied by the following vote.
