<br />Intention was duly and legally published as required by law as appears from the affidavit
<br />Of J,E.Harris, now on file in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town, and
<br />WHEREAS,
<br />notices of the passage of saki Resolution of Intention NO.1, heads
<br />;'NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT", were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated
<br />workand improvements- and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor,
<br />In form and manner ad required by law, as appears from the affidavit of J.C.DiekeY,
<br />Street superintendent of said Town, who, upon the completion of said notices, forthwith
