<br />read,Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Brown moves°to rescind former action in awarding
<br />contract to A. Hess,whose check did not cover ten per cent of amount of his bid.
<br />Trustee Brown,seconded by Trustee Beeger,moved that minutes be approved with the fore-
<br />going correction. Motion carried by the following vote.
