<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees held'
<br />Pree.Gs0 A.1arri119 Geo.A.Deleau,
<br />JJ.Hahir, 0.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk G.O.?lump.
<br />The minutes of the meeting held O0t.2lst.,1912. were read, and upon motion of
<br />T,uates Hahir, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried, the same were approved' as read.
<br />The following application from HALMeGarvey was read.
<br />Tp THE HONORABLE THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF REDWOOD CITY,
<br />Gentlemen,
<br />The nnderslgned hereby makes
<br />application to Your Honorable body for perm"SlOn to macadamize and oil Jefferson Avenue
<br />in the Town of Redwood CitY,between the Cognty Road and Adams Street, said work to be done
<br />under the supervision of the Superintendent of Streets of Said Town, and in accordance with
<br />the specifications adopted by your Honorable Body for oil and macadam streets in said Town.

<br />Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, the-aggl
<br />application was granted.
<br />A communication from the Ca1.League of Lhnicipalitise , relative to Home Rule
<br />Taxation" was received. and filed, upon motion of Trustee Hahir, seconded by Trustee
<br />Deleau and, carried.
<br />The Clerk was instructed to notify all holders of liquor licenses , not to sell
<br />or furnish intoxicating liquors to Oharles T.Thompson.
<br />The following claim 1$9, amount #355$.240 in favor of A.Teichert do Son, for
<br />progress payment on street intersections was approved by by the Finance Committee,
<br />Trustee Delsau moved that a wap -parr the claim be allowed and a warrant drawn on Street ;s44
<br />Intersection Fund for payment of same. Motion seconded bt Trustee Hahir, and carried by
<br />the following vote.
<br />Ayes, Trustees Deleau, Hahir, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill.
<br />Noes, N None.
<br />Absent " None.
<br />A request from A 4enochdo for a street light on -the corner of Holder and Walnut
<br />Streets was granted, upon motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried
<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Hahir, and carried, in
<br />reference to Mrs.Connor 's water bili, the same was ordered adjusted for one dollar per mont
<br />minimum.
