<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was held.
<br />Upon roll call , there were present, Trustees, Prea.aeo.A.Merrill,
<br />aeo.A.Deleau., J.J.Hahir, C.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk, a.C.Plump.

<br />The minutes of the meetings held Dec. 2nd. and Dec. 11th., were read, and upon
<br />1 -motion of Trustee Hahir, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried, the same were approved as read.
<br />The monthly reports Df the 'Cleric, Marshall,and Treasurer were received and filed
<br />upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried.
<br />The reports of the Supt. of Streets, City Mechanic, Pound Master and Chief of Fire
<br />Department, were received and filed, on motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee
<br />Hahir and carried.
<br />An -application was received from the Pae.Gas & Electric Co., for permission
<br />to erect 25 Poles on Redwood Ave, 5 Poles on Lincoln Ave., and 2 Poles on Spruce street.
<br />On motion of Trustee Sampson , seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, permission wap
<br />granted.

<br />liquor license, Restaurant license, accompanied by Bond, Affidavit, and recommendation.
<br />Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by TPustee Sampson and carried, the application
<br />was granted.
<br />Supt. of Streets, J.O.Dickey, submitted a preliminary report of names of Streets
<br />to be improved in what was old Districts 15 and 16. This report was received and filed,
<br />upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustae Sampson and carried.
<br />The Committee on Public Works submitted a plan and specifications for Hose House 49 -be -
<br />to be erected on County Road, near Jefferson Ave. On motion of Trust7be Hynding, 'seconded
<br />by Trustee Hahir and -carried, the same Were accepted and the Clerk was authorized to invite bids
<br />bids for Construction.
<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried, the
<br />affidavits of J.V.Swift in the matter of publishingOResolutionof Intention" and"Notice
<br />of Public Work", and the affidavit of J.C.Dickey, all relative to the closing of certain parts of
<br />Lowell and Iris Streets, were received and. filed. I

<br />Trustee Hynding moved the introduction of the ordinance Motion seconded by Trustee
<br />Deleau and carried*I

<br />An Ordinance amending Section S of Ordinance No.-, 101.
<br />Trustee Hynding moved the introduction of the Ordinance; Motion seconded by Trustee
<br />Deleau and carried.
<br />On motion' of Trustee Hynding, seconded by'Trustoc Sampson and carried', 'the
<br />City Mechanic was instructed to clean all fires houses an apparatus, at leastonce-aamontht
<br />and Chief of the Fire Department to see that'work was done propbrly.
<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried, the Clerk
<br />was authorized to purchase necessary amount of acid for Chemical Engine.
