ME <br />Redwood Oity, January 20th.919139 7/30 P'M. <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was held. <br />Upon Roll call there were present, Trustees Pres.Gea.A.Merrill., J.J•Deleau, <br />O.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk G.O.Piump. <br />The minutes of the meeting held on January 6th. ,ware read, and on motion of <br />Trustee Deleau; seconded by Trustee Sampson, the same were approved as read. <br />The monthly reports of the T reasurer, Marshall Town Clerk, Supt. of streets <br />City Mechanic, Pound Master and Plumbing Inspector, were,on motion of Trustee Deleau <br />seconded by Trustee Hynding, and carried, received and filed. <br />The following are the bids for revising the Block Books to March lst.,1913. <br />W.H.Kelso #'45'00 <br />J.F.Johnston abstract CO. 30.00 <br />W.H.Doxsee 27.50 <br />Abstract of Title OO.San Mateo 00.50.00 <br />W.H.Doxsee,supplying new maps, 25.00 <br />On motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, the bid of <br />is i( <br />i <br />Ali li! Introduced Jan.6th.,1913., <br />Trustee Deleau moved that said Ordinance be adopted.
