<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees.w+s held.

<br />Upon roll tail there were present,. Pres.Geo.A.Merrill9 Geo.A.Deleau, J.J.Hahir,
<br />O:J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk (�.O.Piump.
<br />.eipal The minutes of the aeeting held Feb. 3rd., 1913, were rasa, and upon motion of
<br />YO .3 Trustee Hahir, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, the same were approved as read.

<br />The reports of the Town Marshall, Clerk, Treasurer, and Supt. of Streets were re.eeived,
<br />and ordered filed on motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried.
<br />A communication from the Board of Trade relative to the appointment Of'a special
<br />electrician, was, on motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hahir and carried,
<br />received :and filed.
<br />A communication from A.Teichert & Son requesting an additional thirty days exten::ion
<br />of time on their contract for street work, was, on motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by
<br />Trustee Hynding and -carried, laid over until next meeting.
<br />A communication from the Park Commissioners relative to goats running at large
<br />was referred to Trustee Deleau to explain that the Poundmaster would take care of
<br />all troublesome goats in future.
<br />The application from the Pac.Gas & Electric 00., for permission to.open up 0assir
<br />Street and Fuller Street, for the purpose of supplying gas serviee to two appligants,
<br />was, on motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, referred to tho
<br />Street Committee to -take uD the matter of restoring the streets to their proper condition,
<br />On motion of Trustee Hahir seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, the Pae.
<br />Tel.& Tel.CO. was requested to replace the telephone in Fire House on Main Street.
<br />The matter -of grades on Redwood Avenue, was referred to the Street Committee , t4e—SUPt
<br />the Supt, of Streets, and the City Engineer, on motion of Trustee Sam son, seconded by Trustee
<br />Hahir and carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, Pres.Merr!11
<br />was authorized to purchase sample of steel culverts.
<br />Trustee Hahir moved that Wednesday., the 26th, day of.Febbuary, 19130 at 730 P.M.
<br />be the time set for•hearing complaints, if any, in the matter of street work done in the "own
<br />of Redwood City by A.Teichert & Son, and that A.Teichert & Son be Notified to pe present.
<br />On motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, the
<br />Poundmaster was granted additiori4 compensation of fifty (050) to February 15th,1913
<br />and the same arrangement be continued for another month.
<br />ORDINANCE NO.130.
<br />An Ordinance Providing for the -Incurring of Bonded Indebtedness
<br />for - the sum of six thousand ($6,000) dollars ., for
<br />Improving Street Lighting System.
<br />Trustee Deleau moved the introduction of Ordinance No. 130. Motion seconded
