<br />that the sub—grade for macadamizing and oiling of Jackson Avenue, Madison Avmnue,
<br />Monroe Avenue, and Maple street, southerly from the southern Pacific Railroad right of way, {
<br />be, abd the same is hereby fixed and established for each of said streets and avenues,
<br />at five ( 5 ) inches below official grades of said streets and avenues as said grades bare been
<br />hereinbefore and heretofore fixed and established by said Board of Trustees.
