<br />The regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was held.
<br />Upon roll call there were prebnt, Trustees, Pres.Geo.A.Merrili, Geo.A.Deloau,
<br />I O.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk, G.O.Plump. Absent Trustee J.J.Hahir.
<br />The application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. VO open up Fuller St. near
<br />Eaton, and Cassia St. and Stambaugh, was, upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by
<br />Trustee Sampson and carried, referred to Supt.of Streets Dickey, with power to act.
<br />A communication was read from the San Mateo Co. Development Association,
<br />requesting the Board to appoint a representative to that body in place of present
<br />appointee, L.P.Bahrens, term expired. Upon motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by
<br />Trustee Deleau and carried, the communication was received and filed, and Trustee
<br />Hynding requested to ask Mr.Behrens to act on the Board another term.
<br />Mr.Adolph Patrick asked the Board to notify liquor dealers not to sell to nor
<br />give him intoxicating liquors. On motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding
<br />and seconded, the Clerk was instructed to notify all ligense holders to this effect.
<br />A petition from property owners on Elm St., from Stambaugh to Phelps St.,
<br />protesting in the matter of proposed street work, and asking for that portion of Elm 9t.0
<br />one block, to be omitted. Trustee Hynding moved that protest be disallowed and petition
<br />denied. Motion seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried by the following vote.
<br />Ayes, Truatees, Deleau, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill. Noes, Trustees None.
<br />Absent, trustee J.J.Hahir.
<br />The matter of spur track across Buckeye St, for which permission was granted
<br />to The Horstman Chemical Co. on June 3rd., 1912, was referred to Pres. Geo.A.Merrill.
<br />A communicatic)!1 was read from Frank S.Sears, requesting the Board to accept his
<br />resignation as a member of the Park Commission, owing to removal fron Town.
<br />Trustee Deleau moved that the resignation be accepted and the thanks of the Board be
<br />extended to Mr.Sears for his diligence and interest in the work of the Park Board, and
<br />Y9#©n—seset�ded-b3F-T3atee-Fadia$-&aci-aa�ladY that Clayton Schimpf be appointed to
<br />fill the vacancy. Motion seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried*
<br />on notion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, the sum
<br />of $70. was donated to the local branel of the National Red Cross Society, for the flood
<br />sufferers in Ohio and Indiana.
<br />ORDINANCE NO 131.
<br />An Ordinance Closing and Vacating Pobtion of Avenue Del Oro.
<br />Introduced March 13th, 1913.
<br />Trudtee Hynding moved that Ordinance No -131 be adopted. Motion seconded by
<br />Trustee Sampson and carried by the following vote.
<br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of said Ordinance,
<br />Trustees, Deleau. Hynding, Sampson and Merrill.
<br />Noes, and against the adoption of said Ordinance,
<br />Trustees, None. Absent, Trustee Hahir.

<br />On motion of Trustee Hynding seconded by Trustee Deleau, and carried, the
<br />meeting adjourned.
