<br />and moved its adoption, motiom seconded by Trustee Hahir and carried by the following vote.

<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION 110.3.
<br />RESOLVED,
<br />that the public interest and public convenience of the inhabitants of the Town
<br />of Redwood City require, and that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of said
<br />Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, to order the following
<br />work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town to -wit: -
<br />That the hereinafter mentioned stneets and avenues in said Town to be improved by the
<br />construction of artificial stone sidewalks thereon upon the places hereinafter mentioned ,
<br />except where such artificial stone sidewalks are now constrILcted and laid therein,
<br />such sidewalks to be of the uniform width of five feet, commencing two feet from the property
<br />line and extending said width or five feet tow4rds the curb. The streets and avenues to
<br />be so improved and the places ti}ereon at which sidewalks are to be constructed as aforesaii
<br />are the following, to -wit: -
<br />Maple Street on the westerly side thez'eof, and in front of lora 2,30 4nd 5,
