<br />The regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was held.
<br />Upon roil call there were present, Pros. Geo.A.Merrili, Geo.A.Deleau. Jos.,J.Hahir,
<br />O;J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk, G.O.Plump,
<br />II� The minutes.of the meetings held April 21st, and April 30th, were read, and upon
<br />motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, the same were approved
<br />as read.
<br />A communication from the Santa Clara Cherry Carnival, Inviting the Board to attend,
<br />was received and filed.
<br />I A communication from..H.A.Carroll relative to the Extension of Maple Street to the
<br />� County Road, was received and filed and the Clerk directed to re 1 p Y.to the same.
<br />The matter of using Roadamite Oo!s Oil on proposed street improvements was referred
<br />to the Street Bommittee.
<br />Jens Hansen addressed the Board relative to Bulkhead on the creek at East Marshall
<br />street and other matters for improving the creek.
<br />The matter of proposed changes in the street lighting system was take up by the Board
<br />and referred to City Electrician Warder to.draw a map showing location of lights to be insta_led.
<br />City Engineer H.H.Sears submitted plans and specifications of sidewalks. .
<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPI!JOIFICATIONS.
<br />RESOLVED,
<br />that the plans and specifications for the.construction of artificial stone sidewalks
<br />and artificial stone curbs upon Jackson Avenue, Madison Avenue, Monroe Avenue, Franklin Streedt,
<br />iaple Street, in Diller's Addition to the Town of Redwood City, and upon Elm Street, Beech Sire4t,G
<br />Cedar Street, Chestnut Street, Pine Street,and Lathrop Street in Hancock's Addition to the Town of
<br />Redwood City, and upon Maple Street, Cassia Street, Elm Street, Peach Street, Cedar. Street, is

<br />Chestnut Street, Pine Street, Buckeye Street, Spruce Street, Ifanzanita Street, Hancock Street,

<br />adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work.
<br />Motion introducing the foregoing Resolution was regularly put seconded and tho.-same wa•s
<br />adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board -
<br />held on the 5th,day of May, 1913, by the following vote.
<br />Ayes, and in favor of the adoption of said Resolution,
<br />Trustees, Deleau, Hah1r, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill.

<br />Trustee Sampson reported City Mechanic Werder, injured at the fire on County Road at Mrs.
<br />Saunder's barn, and recommended that the Health Officer submit his bill to the Board for payment.
