<br />Affidavit of James V.SWift,publisher of the Redwood City Democrat, showing publishing
<br />of notice to Contractors in the matter of laying water mains on Hancock and other streets.
<br />Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved same be filed. Motion carried.
<br />The following bids were received for laying 7800 feet more or less,of water malns,20
<br />fire liydranta, 10 gate valves.and specials,on Willow, Hancock, Hudson Streets,Hopkins Avenue

<br />Petition from property owners in Wooster,Whitton and Montgomery tract .requesting the
<br />Board to take action in discontinuing and closing McKinley Avenue and portions of Davis,
<br />Cleveland and. Blaine Streets.

<br />Communication from R.C.Holmquist requesting the 'Board to adjust the lines for curb on
<br />Walnut Street.
<br />Trustee Hynding 9 seconded by Trustee Brown, moved that Superintendent of, Streets make
<br />proper corrections of curb line on Walnut Street. Motion carried by the following vote,
<br />Ayes,Trustees,Beeger,Brown,Hynding,Rice,Merrill.
<br />Noes,Trustees None.
