<br />Affidavit of J.V.Swift,Publieher•of Redwood City Democrat showing publishing of notice
<br />in the matter of time for payments Dingee Park Assessment District No.13-14,
<br />Trustee Rice,aeconded by Trustee Brown ,moved. said affidavit be received and filed.

<br />Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Rice,presents the following resolution and moves
<br />Its adoption, .
<br />whereas,on the 5th day of June,1905,the Town of Redwood City entered into a five year
<br />agreement with the Redwood City Water Company for supplying water to the said. Town of Red-
<br />wood City,
<br />And whereas said agreement contains a provision that the same may be extended for two
<br />Years by the said Town of Redwood City at the expiration thereof.
<br />Now therefore be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Towncof Redwood City that
<br />the agreement between the Redwood, City dater Company and the Town of Redwood City be and thel
<br />same is hereby extended two years from the 5th day of June,1910.
<br />And be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded by the Ole"rk
<br />of the Town of Redwooa City to the Redwood City Water Company.
