<br />Trustee,mLce,seconded by Trustee Brown,moved that Clerk notify holders of Class "A"
<br />liquor licenses not to furnish James Ayres with liquor of any kind in accordance with
<br />Ordinance No.•67. Motion carried.
<br />City Attorney reports receipt of letter from Mrs Murphy asking for .further time to
<br />complete curb and sidewalk,corner of' Pine and Phelps Streets. 60 days additional time
<br />were granted.
<br />On motion. of Trustee Rice,seconded by Trustee Hyndi.ng,Clerk was instructed to have
<br />deed of reservoir and site recorded. Motion carried.
<br />Claim of A. Hess for 0loOO.00,progress payment 'on pipe laying contract,was approved by
<br />Finance Committee.

<br />(Ex Water System Fund),be allowed and warrant be drawn on Treasurer for'payment of same.

<br />Trustee Rice,seconded bY,Trustee Brown,moved. thet Superintendent of Streets be instruct
<br />ed to lay 2 inch water pipe on Jackson and. Madison Streets to County Road,and on Hamilton
<br />Street from Broadway southward. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Riee,seconded. by Trustee Beeger,moved that Ogperintendent of Streets be in-
<br />structed. to omit laying of 2.inch water pipe on certain streets in Dingee Park for the
<br />length of streets,instead to lay pipe to corner of each crossing inside of curb line.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Rice presented the following resolution and moved its adoption:
