0 R to be made as follows,to wit: in equal yearly installments, the first of which shall be paid at or, before the time fixed by the tax collector of the town of Redwood City for the sale of the various parcels of land within the hereinafter described district upon., which.the assessments have not been.paid,and the others annually thereafter,one each year, at the time when the first installment of municipal taxes within the.sald town of Redwood City is payable; 3. That the rate of interest to be allowed upon bonds issued to cover:deferred payments shall,be seven per cent per annum; 4. That Monday:the 18th day of O0tober,A.D.19099at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., at the regular meeting place of the board of trustees of the town of Redwood OitY,at the town hall in Sala town of Redwood CitY,be,and the same are,hereby fixed as the day and hour when and where any and all persons may appear before said board of trustees and show cause,if any they have Why said improvements provided for in said resolution should not to carried out in accordance therewith; 5.
