<br />Minutes of meeting March 7,1910,read. Trustee Hynding,seconded by Trustee Beeger,
<br />moved same be approved. Motion carried by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Beeger,Brown,
<br />Hynding,Merrill.

<br />Petition from spring Valley Water Company requesting permission to cross Stein-
<br />berger Street,at a point 370 feet from the intersection of the east line of Steinberger
<br />Street with the north line of Holder Street,with.an aerial telephone line for its private
<br />use. Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee HYnding,moved that I the,request be granted.on the
<br />condition that the Town have the use of the Company's poles for fire alarm wires.

<br />Affidavit of D..E.O'Keefe,Publisher of Times-Gazette,in the matter of "Notice of
<br />Street Work Proposals",Assessment District No, 13,Dingee 'Park.
<br />Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Brown,mOVed same be received and filed. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Affidavit of J. V. Swift,Publlsher of the Redwood City Democrat ,in the matter of
<br />"Notice of Street Work Proposals" Assessment District No. 14,Dingee Park.

<br />Pacific Telephone Company request permission to open Broadway and Webster Streets
<br />for the purpose of installing underground conduits for telephone wires.
<br />Trustee Beeger,seconded by Trustee Hynding,moved that same be referred to Committee
<br />on Public Utilities,with power to act. Motion carried.
<br />The following are the bids received for the Street work in Assessment Districts
<br />No. 13 and No. 14, Dingee Park.
