A completed copy of the COC, signed by Contractor, will <br />accompany all sample reports. <br />E.Invoicing <br />Contractor will establish individual accounts or sub-accounts for PWS divisions and <br />submit monthly invoices to the appropriate division. The divisions are: <br />Drinking Water <br />Storm <br />Recycled Water <br />Wastewater <br />Invoices will also include the appropriate project number and description. Invoices will be <br />mailed to: Public Works Services Department, Attn: (Division Name), 1400 Broadway, <br />Redwood City, CA 94063. <br />II. Payment Terms <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined herein on a per sample basis not to exceed <br />$124,180.06.
