<br />that it is the intention of the Board Of Trustees of the Town

<br />of Redwood City, to order the following work to be done and improvements to be made in
<br />Said
<br />Town, to -wit:

<br />That eight inch sewers be laid at an average depth of three feet along the center line
<br />of the following named streets and portions of streets, with Ywes and laterals where
<br />hereinafter described.
<br />Along the Center line of Phelps Street, from the westerly line of Charter Street, to
<br />the easterly line of willow Street, with Ywes and laterals running to lots 2:3,6,7,8 & 9,
<br />Block 3, Eastern Addition to the Town of Redwood City, and with 2 Ywes ansd 2 Aterals
<br />running to lot 1, Block 4, and Ywes and 2 laterals running to lot 12, Block 4, Eastern
<br />Addition to the Town of Redwood City.
<br />Alse6 along the center line Of Stambaugh Street from the westerly line OfManzanita Streei
<br />t0 the easterly line of Spruce Street, with Yves and laterals running to iota 6 & 7,
<br />Block 33, and lot. i & 12, Block 32, Eastern Addition to the Town of Redwood City.

<br />All laterals herein provided for shall be four inch sewers and shall run from the main
<br />sewer in the center of the street to the curb line of the lots where laterals are herein
<br />specified. All Ywes connecting laterals with 6 inch main sewers shall be 6'inch by *inch.

<br />All work shall be done in accordance with special plans and specifications heretofore
<br />adopted for doing said work, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town.
<br />It is hereby further resolved and determined that serial bonds bearing interest at the
<br />rate Of 7 per cent per annum and extending over the period of nine years from the 2nd, day
<br />Ri
<br />of January next succeeding their date, shall be issued to represent the cost and expenses
<br />of said work, and in manner and form provIcWd by law.

<br />The Clerk shall cause this resolution t0 be published twice in the Times -Gazette, a
<br />weekly newspaper published and circulated in said Town ans hereby designated forthat purpose

<br />by the Board of Trustees.
<br />The Street Supterintendent shall immediately cause to be conspicuously posted along
<br />!,
<br />the line of said contemplated work and improvement and in front of all the property liable

<br />to be assessed, notices of the passage of this Resolution ofiatntention in the manner and
<br />r
<br />form required by law.
<br />All irhe herein propbeed'WUVXk shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature
<br />of the State of California designated as "Improvement Act of 1911, approved April 7th,1911.
