On motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Sami:son and carried, the Supt.of Street; City Attorney and City Engineer were directed to prepare specifications for improving Main Street {}y.und Street) and Arguello Street. On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconde d by Trustee Sampson and carried, the Federal - Construction Co. was allowed to use the Town water at schedule rates for watering State Highway. Trustee Deleau moved , seconded by Trustee Sampson that one additional hour be allowed namely to one o'clock A.M. Motion carried. 8upt.of Streets, J.C.Diekey reported for the Committee appointed to inspect water wagons and recommended the water wagon of the A.L.Young Machinery Co.. Trustee Hahir moved seconded by Trustee Deleau that the report -of the Committee be accepted and the bid ox'r The A.L.Young 00. for X3442.50 be accepted.- Motion carried by the following vote.
