On motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Sami:son and carried, the Supt.of Street; <br />City Attorney and City Engineer were directed to prepare specifications for improving <br />Main Street {}y.und Street) and Arguello Street. <br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconde d by Trustee Sampson and carried, the Federal - <br />Construction Co. was allowed to use the Town water at schedule rates for watering State <br />Highway. <br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Hahir and parried, the meeting <br />adjourned to Monday June 30th, 1913 at eight o'clock <br />L <br />��s v Town O ark. <br />l <br />Redwood City, June 30th,1913, S o'clock P.M. <br />fThe regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was h.)id. <br />Upon roll call there were present, Ttustees Pres. Goo. A. Merrill, Geo.A.Deleau.. J -a, <br />J.J.Hahir, O.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk G.O.H1ump. <br />The'request of H.A.Mansfield for a fifteen day vacation to take effect July 5th,1913, <br />was, on motion of Trustee Hynding seconded by Trustee Hahir and carried, referred to the <br />Committee on Public Health and Morals. <br />The request Cor estention of time for closing saloons on July Fourth from 12 o'clock to <br />5 o'clock, was on motiomrmf Trustee Hahir seconded. by Trustee Deleau and carried, denied. <br />Trustee Deleau moved , seconded by Trustee Sampson that one additional hour be allowed <br />namely to one o'clock A.M. Motion carried. <br />8upt.of Streets, J.C.Diekey reported for the Committee appointed to inspect water <br />wagons and recommended the water wagon of the A.L.Young Machinery Co.. Trustee Hahir moved <br />seconded by Trustee Deleau that the report -of the Committee be accepted and the bid ox'r <br />The A.L.Young 00. for X3442.50 be accepted.- Motion carried by the following vote. <br />Ayes, Trustees, Deleau, Hahir, Hynding, Sampson and Merrill. <br />Noes, Trustees, None. Absent, Trustees, None. <br />The affidavit of J.v.Swift, Publisher of the Redwood City Democrat, in the matter <br />of publishing °Inviting sealed Proposals for the Construction of sidewalks and curbs " <br />was, upon motion of Trustee Deleau, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, received and <br />filed. <br />The affidavit of G.C.P1ump in the matter of °Posting Notice" inviting sealed pvsp <br />proposals for the construction of sidewalks and curbs, was, on motion of Trustee Deleau, s <br />seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, received and filed. <br />RM <br />
