<br />RESOLVE), that the. said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of said proposals or
<br />bids except that herein mentioned and hereby awardwea the contract for doing said work a.nd
<br />Improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit:-T.O.Rice, at the prices named In
<br />his bid.
<br />The Town Clerk is hereby directed to post notice od this award conspicuously for fivo
<br />days on or near the Chamber door of this Board, and also Publish said notice by one lns,,,rtiOn
<br />in the Redwood City Democrat, a weekly newspaper published, printed and circulated In sLid Town
<br />and hereby designated for that purpose by said Board of Trustees.
<br />It Is here by further resolved and determined that Serial bonds bearing Interest at tie rate
<br />of seven (7' per cent per annum, and extendingnover a period of five years from the second day
<br />of January next succeeding their date , shall be issued to Depresent the costs and expenses
<br />of said work and In the manner and form provided by law.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board. of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular adjourned
<br />meeting of said Board hSld OM the 30th,day of June 1913, by the following vote.
