Said work is to be done according to the plans and specifications posted near the Council Chamber door of said Board of Truatees, and on file in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Redwood City and heretofore adopted for doing said work. Reference is hereby made to Resolution Ka. of Intention No. 4+, of said Board of Trustees - declaring its intention to order said work to be done, for further particulars which Resolltio of Intention No.4. is on file in the office of the Town Clerk RESOLVED, that the said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein mentioned and hereby awarded the contract for doing said work and tmprx improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to -wit: Tile John R.Ott Contracting Company, at the -prices named in their bid. The Town Clerk is hereby directed to post notice of this award conspicuously for fiv3 days on or near the Chamber door of thtbM Board and also publish said, notice by one insertinn in the Times-Gazettd, a weekly newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town and hereby designated for that purpose by said Board of Trustees. It is further resolved and determined that serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of saven percent per annum, and extending over a period of nine 19) years from the second of January next succeeding their date, shall be issued to represent the costs and expenses of said work and in the manner and form provided by law.
