EXHIBIT 1 - Scope of Work for the Implementation Service <br /> Exhibit 1 = Scope of Work <br /> eTRAKiT Software License & Implementation <br /> SunGard will install eTRAKiT onto the agency's web server. The server must be connected to the Internet <br /> and the TRAKiT database server. Redwood City has selected the Level 3 package as described below. <br /> The public can use eTRAKiT to access a variety of information 24x7 by using web-based screens and <br /> functions. The agency is provided an Admin portal to manage which functions are exposed to the public. <br /> eTRAKiT offers s::ve: 3I different sign-in preferences for different users, including a general public access, <br /> private access to additional details, and a contractor sign-on for additional functions. <br /> Configuration services provided by SunGard will depend on the configuration package chosen and <br /> identified on this E;;hibit 1. f:egardless of the configuration package elected, the agency will still have <br /> options to employ the other licensed options at any time within the eTRAKiT Admin portal (excluding <br /> credit card integration). <br /> Level 1 - Basic Package <br /> 1 Property (GeoTRAK), Permit (PermitTRAK), Project (ProjectTRAK), Contractor (AEC TRAK), Violation <br /> (CodeTEAK), and License (LicenseTRAK) searching. <br /> inspc ction scheduling of Permits allowed by either a citizen or contractor. <br /> a Configure one (1) standard 'out-of-the-box' Inspection Card form for printing of inspection results. <br /> Changes to form will incur an additional charge. <br /> b. Add custom header disclaimers. <br /> c. Uses the standard inspection scheduling features allowing a full list of inspections to be selectable. <br /> Will not use the standard TRAKiT default inspections. <br /> d. Create a cut-off time of day for a contractor's ability to schedule an inspection. <br /> 3. Selecting different search parameters for a basic public user, logged in public user, and contractor <br /> user. Views can be altered to restrict access to any feature listed: <br /> a. Chronology <br /> h. Conditions <br /> i. Violations (CodeTRAK only) <br /> 4. Create user logins for citizens and/or contractor. Citizen and contractor dashboards will allow the <br /> customer the ability to schedule inspections and view any permits they are associated to. <br /> a. Configure email settings for generating standard email confirmation. <br /> 5.
