<br />,'dEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City of the Town of Red-
<br />wood City, did, in open session, on the 7th day of April, 1916, publicly open,examine'and,
<br />declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the following described work, in said
<br />Town of Redwood City, to -wit: -
<br />That E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, in the Town of Redwood City,
<br />be improved by having the hereinafter described portions thereof graded, to-wit:-
<br />SLll that portion of the roadway of E1 Camino Real, also known as the County :,Road,
<br />in the Tovrn of Redwood City, lying northerly from a line 12 feet northerly from and parallel
<br />to the center line of said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, and beginning
<br />at the center line of Rogers street extended southerly and running in an easterly direction
<br />to the wsterly line of the Woodside road, extended northerly to the northerly line of E1
<br />Camino ileal, also known as the County Road, extended easterly, same being the easterly
<br />limits of the Town of Redwood City, including all portions of all street intersections,
<br />and all portions of all street terminations lying northerly from a line 12 feet northerly
<br />from and parallel to the said center line of said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County
<br />Road, excepting, however, from the above described work and improvements all that portion
<br />of the intersection of Broadway and E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, lying
<br />northerly from a line 12 feet northerly from and parallel to the center line of said El
<br />amino Real, also known as the County Road; and excepting also from the foregoing described
