<br />the westerly line of Vera avenue, extended northerly to connect with culvert crossing
<br />El Camino Real, also known as the County Road.
<br />Also two suchoutlets, immediately adjacent to the curb line on the northerly
<br />�iside of El CzLmino Real, also known as the County Road, at center of concrete bridge
<br />crossing 1;l Camino,Real, also known as the County,Ros.d, 180 feet easterly from James
<br />avenue.
<br />Also two such outlets, immediately adjacent to the curb line on the northerly
<br />side of E1 Camino Bevel, also known as the County Road, at a point 200 feet westerly from
<br />lthe westerly line of James avenue extended northerly to connect with culvert crossing
<br />El Camino deal, also known as the County Road.
<br />All the hereinbefore and hereinabove mentioned work and improvements are to
<br />be done in accordance with the special plans and specifications heretofore adopted for
<br />doing said work and improvements by the Board of Trustees, of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />on the 28th day of February, 1916, and now on file in the office of the Clerk, of the
<br />Town of Redwood City, to which plans and specifications reference is hereby made for a
<br />further description of said work and for further particulars.
<br />Serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of 7..per cent. per annum and extend-
<br />ing over a period of nine years from the second day of January, next succeeding their
<br />date, shall be issued to represent twenty-five (425) dollars or over for the costs and
<br />expenses of said work and improvements and in manner and form required by law.
<br />RESOLVED, that the said Board of Trustees of the Town of redwood City, hereby
<br />rejects all of said proposals or bids, except that next herein mentioned and hereby awards
<br />the contract for doing said work and improvements to the lowest responsible bidder,
<br />to-wit:-

<br />The Town Clerk of said ToYrA of Redwood City, is hereby directed to post notice
<br />of this award conspicuously for five days, on or near the Council Chamber door, of the
<br />Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City, also publish notice of this award by two
<br />insertions in the Times -Gazette, a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said Town
<br />of Redwood City and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said
<br />�.� Town, there being no daily or semi-weekly newspaper published and circulated in said
<br />Town of Redwood City.
<br />All the herein described work and improvements shall be done in pursuance of
<br />and in conformity with an act of the legislature of tbie State of Califnrnia, entitled,
<br />"Improvement Act of 1911", approved April 7th, 1911, and acts amendatory thereof.
