Trustee Tuchsen presents the following Resolution and moves its adoption. WHEREAS, there is situate in the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, a certain road or street known as and called Edgewood Road; and WHEREAS, it is difficult from the map of Wellesley Park recorded in Map Book°B" at page 37 records of San Mateo County, the subdivision wherein is situated Edgewood Road to de- finitely define the lines thereof by reason of the fact that said road is a curved road and said map above mentioned has no radius of the curves thereon; and d WHEREAS, said Edgewood Road is 70 feet in width as shown on said map above mentioned, and WHEREAS, the hereinafter described portions of sdidl Edgewood Road has been used by the public for more than 5 years immediately last past as a public road and highway; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Truste,s of the Tibwn of Redwood City that the following described strip pf land and roadwauy in Wellesley Park in said Town of Redwood City having been used for more than 5 years immediately last past as a portion of Edgewood Road be and the same is hereby located aid definitely described as Edgewood Road; to -wit; v Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Edgewood Raod; said point being the north common corner to lots 80 and 83 as shown on the Map last mentioned, thence in a southwester-, ly direction along the arc of a curve having a radius of 400 feet for a distance of 142.84 feot to the northerly common corner to lots 83 and 87 and southerly line of Edgewood Road a: shown on last mentioned map, thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 192.7 feet for a dis distance of 73.06 feet, thence on a curve to the right with a radius of II0 feet for a dis- tance of 98.90, thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 185.61 feet for a distance of 49.73 feet, thence north 5 degrees 45 minutes west for a distance of 70 feet to the north- erly line of Edgewood Road as shown on last mentioned map, thence in a northerly direction along the are of a curve having a radius of I15.61 feet for a distance of 30.98 feet, thencH on a curve to the left with a radius of 40 feet for a distance of 35.97 feet; thence on a curve to the right with a radius of 262.7 feet for a distance of 99.60 feet, thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 330 feet for a distance of 117.84 feet; thence on a u
