benefit the lands and district hereinafter described,whieh said district is hereby declared to be the district benefitted by sd.id work and improvements and to have the exterior bound- eries hereinafter described as the boundaries thereof; that thereof the entire costs and expenses of said work and improvements shall be and are hereby made chargeable against and shall be assessed upon said lands and district, which district is within the limits of the Town of Redwood City, County of Sah Mateo,5�ate of California, and the exterior boundaries ; thereof are partioulary described as follows, to -wit; i Beginning at a point in the northerly line of Arlington Road where the dividing line be- tween lots 74 and 68 as shown on the map of Wellesley Park hereinbefore mentioned inter - seats the northerly line of said Arlington Road, thence northwesterly 277.25 feet along the northeasterly line of lot 74 as shown on -last mentioned map to the northeasterly -cor- ner of said Lot 74; thence southeastherly I22.25 feet along the northwesterly line of said lot 74 to the northwest corner thereof; thence southeasterly along -the northwesterly line of lot 79 as shown on the last mentioned map 159.42 feet to the northwest corner of said lot 79; thence northwesterly 203.75 feet along the northeasterly line of lot 83 as shown on the last mentioned map to the southerly line of Edgewood Road,said point being the cor- ner common to lots 80 and 83 as shown on the last mentioned map; thence continuing in a straight line across Edgewood Road to the northerly line thereof at the corner comi.;on to lots 81 and 82 as shown on the last mentioned map;thence northwesterly 300.16 feet and biU& width of 5 feet towards the ourbs.sll as shown.on the plahs for said work hereto- fore adopted by the Board of Trustees if said Town of Redwood City on the 3rd,day of July j 1916, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City. i That the hereinafter described roads and places and portions thereof in the Town of k s- Redwbod City be graded and maoadamized and 6iled,to-wit; f. Arlington Road for the full width of the roadway thereof and beginning at a straight lin6 drawn across said Arlington Road from the dividing line between lots 74 and 68 on the map last herein referred to, to the dividing line between lots 93 and 95, as shown on Map No.I Subdivision No.2 of a portion of Wellesley Park,recorded in map Book B at page 46,records of San Mateo County, thence westerly along said Arlington Road to•Melrose Place for the full 4 width of the roadway of Melrose Place to Edgewood Road, thence easterly for .the full width of the roadway of Edgewood Road to a straight line drawn across said Edgewood Road from the clivi, dividing line between lots 81 and 82,as shown on the map of Wellesley Park,recorded ib Map.loo Book B at page 37,reeords of.
