<br />Regular Meeting of Board of Town Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, President, Be H. Sampson, Geo.A.Merrill, Geo,womo.
<br />Nulty,Carl K.Mabi'e,H.C.Tuchsen,Town C1wrk,W.A.Prioe.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting held on July 3rd.1916 were read and on motion of Trustee
<br />Tuohseh,seconded by Trustee Mabie,same be approved,Motion Carried.

<br />Communication from J.J.Schnerr regarding the delivery of all extra equipment for the
<br />Chemical Engine and requesting the accepting of same was on motion of Trustee Merrill,seo-
<br />onded by Trustee Tuchsen the Chemical Engine be accepted and a warrant be drawn for the
<br />amount of $ 5,850.00 in full payment'of said contract .Motion Carried.
<br />A petition from the rete,il liquor dealers of the Town of Redwood Cy:requeetigg the
<br />Board for a reduction of their license tax from $`500.00 to $ 300.00 per year,was read and
<br />on motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee McNulty that same be laid over for farthe
<br />hearing, Motion Carried.

<br />Communication from Geo.H.Irving Company regarding the widthostreet ork in Redwood
<br />Highlands was on motion of Trustee Tueheen,seconded by Trustee Merrill'filed,as the widt
<br />of the street have all been established at this-time,Motion Carried.
<br />Communication from C.F.Chiloott,in regard to the closing of Monroe Avenue was received
<br />and filed.
<br />Communication from the Preparedness Parade Committee was.received and filed.

<br />Communication from the Rund Manufacturing Company in regards to the upkeep of the steam
<br />heater was received and filed.
<br />On motion of Trustee Tueheen,seoonded by Trustee Aabie the application of M.Kotler for a
<br />junk dealers license be granted on the approval of the Town Marshall. Motion Carried.

<br />of the mosquito abatement Commission,biotion Carried:
<br />On motion of Trustee Mc,Nulty,seeonded by Trustee Mabie that Mr.Kidd be employed to expert
<br />the Town Books,Motion Carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Tucheen,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty, that Dr.Moody be allowed $2.50
<br />for professional service rendered Owen Philips found on the street by Officer Colline.Motion
